ABOUT THE EVENT

The HCAR Conference & Tradeshow Expo — hosted by the Howard County Association of REALTORS® — is the association’s flagship professional event of the year. Now in its 7th annual run, it combines in-depth educational sessions, a bustling expo hall, legislative engagement, and structured networking to support REALTORS®, brokers, industry partners, and vendor communities across Maryland.

The day’s agenda featured a robust lineup of continuing education courses designed to advance professional knowledge and fulfill licensing requirements. Courses covered core topics such as pricing strategy, home inspection insights, ethical professionalism, mortgage fundamentals, and even trusts and wills in real estate transactions — a topic especially relevant for attorneys and agent advisors.
